Al-Sa'adah
The first two high-rise towers – named Al-Sa’adah Towers – of the redevelopment project in Bhendi Bazaar is a humble and defining achievement for everyone who was a part of this ambitious project.
Through meticulous planning and co-ordinated efforts, 610 families and 128 businesses are already experiencing a new life in their familiar Bhendi Bazaar neighbourhood. With breath-taking views of the Iconic Raudat Tahera Mausoleum, the Arabian Sea and the city itself—Al-Sa’adah Towers stand as a testimony to the promise made to the people and symbolize what the future holds for the people and city at large.

An Nasr
An Nasr meaning ‘victory’ completes the redevelopment journey of the people of Bhendi Bazaar.
Victory cannot be measured. It is the sense of transforming life. An Nasr will be an epitome of the success for the #PeopleOfBhendiBazaar as it will complete the redevelopment journey. The foundation stone of An-Nasr was laid in the beginning of the year 2023 by Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shri Devendra Fadnavis. The sector is expected to rehouse nearly 1400 residential units and over 375 businesses in two buildings of 51 storeys each.
Construction updates
Our dedication to achieving excellence persists, demonstrated by significant advancements in both the Al Ezz and An Nasr sectors. Al Ezz is nearing completion, with construction of the building in its final stages and the handover process for the flats currently underway. Similarly, progress in the An Nasr sector has been commendable, with construction reaching the 40th floor (as of August 2026). We are employing modern techniques to uphold standards of efficiency and quality.
