sectors. Al Ezz has scaled new heights, with construction reaching the 15th floor. An Nasr is not far
behind, reaching the 4th floor. We're utilising modern techniques to ensure efficiency and quality.

This signifies a significant milestone, paving the way for a vibrant commercial ecosystem.

The wait is nearly over! The commercial handover process is well underway, with shop owners taking possession of their brand-new spaces in Al-Ezz.

SBUT prioritizes the safety of our workers. In March, we hosted a safety week, raising awareness
about safe work practices on the construction site. Activities included an informative quiz contest, fire training session, CPR and medical emergency training, as well as a health check-up and blood donation camp.

SBUT's dedication to sustainable development garnered attention in a Times of India print article
titled "Reshaping Urban Landscape with Sustainable Development."
Furthermore, several prominent media outlets, including Mumbai Mirror, Times of India, ET Realty,
and Housing.com, featured stories highlighting the progress of Phase 2, which includes two
towering 53-story structures.
